Today’s brewed coffee

Guatemala “Rio Azul” French roast. Medium to heavy body with warm spicy notes, a touch of acidity and a soft finish.

Costa Rica “Cafe Vida” American roast. Medium body and a surprising richness. I have lowered the end temp from City to American to emphasize the fruit notes in “Cafe Vida and to give the coffee a more balanced flavor profile.

Direct Trade/Organic “Cafe Liga Masiva” Vienna roast. Very silky, medium body with nice sweet caramel middle notes and a caramel and tobacco leaf finish.

Illuminator espresso – our Flagship espresso – very well balanced start to finish with sweet thick chocolate notes and a drying finish

Direct Trade Dominican Republic single origin espresso (Cafe Liga Masiva) We started serving it on Saturday, and sold out before the event was over.

As a single origin espresso it is straight forward and to the point.

It hits you immediately with deeply saturated flavors of tobacco leaf, toasted nuts and chocolate and finishes with a savory butter finish.

We will now have this Direct Trade single origin espresso available in the grinders every day.
