Cupping Liga Masiva sample roast profiles

I am re-working our blend “Liga Masiva squared.” It is Liga roasted to 2 different roast levels and blended by hand after roasting. I have been sample roasting and cupping the results daily. The goal is to develop a light roast profile that will manage Liga’s very high acidity and produce an interesting counterpoint when blended with the mid-Vienna roast that we now offer. One profile has become our favorite and the new blend will surface soon.
