Cupping notes – Kenya “Kagu” 1-21-2010

Kenya “Kagu” – American roast + 2 hours:  soft cocoa aroma, big bittersweet chocolate start with cherry an stone fruit notes,  medium body, and lemon/caramel finish. This will settle out in 24 hours to a creamy, candied lemon start, and a milk chocolate and caramel finish.  Am very happy with the outcome.
