Espresso “Blue” might be our featured espresso this Friday…

I have been sample roasting Harar all week to find the profile for our single origin “Blue” espresso.  It has been difficult to find a great Harar this year. Most are hidey and at best have just the slightest fruity nuance. Have found one that seems to be similar to the fruit bomb that the original “Blue” was based on. Will keep you posted.
