Have been sample roasting all week!

Have been making small changes to a few of the sample roast profiles I use for very hard bean coffees in anticipation of the new Kenya microlot samples due to arrive next week.

It is very hard to sample roast on a production machine and then translate (scale the results up to production load sizes, charge temps, timing etc.) in a reliable way.

Really want/need a Probat 2 barrel – gas sample roaster
