Josuma Select “Monsooned” (aged) Malabar AA super grade

Have to say – this coffee is a pleasure to roast and drink.

During roasting the aroma moves from very malty / yeasty artisan bread dough at 280 to bread with a crunchy, flaky crust at 300 to roasted hazelnuts just before FC then on to sweet milk chocolate at the end of the roast.

When you drink it – its all there in the cup.
