Melange blending is done after roasting and combines coffee at different roast levels.
A melange blend can be a combination of different origins or in this case; the same origin roasted to different levels.
We have combined Guatemala “La Providencia” at very light and dark roasts.
The result is a blend that has beautiful milk chocolate notes up front, gentle brothy and savory middle notes and a deep clean finish that leaves behind just a hint of dry bergamot.
