This is classic Java from the Estates. Theses high quality coffees have been growing on small Estates since the Dutch brought them centuries ago.

I roasted this Java to a mid-City roast, to bring out the body,  sweet chocolate notes and earthy finish.

We also offer “Jampit” in a dark Euro roast (stopping just before French roast) which highlights the cedar and deep licorice notes in one of our favorite coffees.
