After sample roasting this coffee with 4 different profiles – we were surprised at the cupping table by how the coffee performs when roasted just past Vienna.

I have retained the sweet caramel notes and wanted to add some richness and deep notes to make the coffee more satisfying.

The end result is a medium dark roast that has a sweet aroma, heavier body, dark caramel notes in the middle with a beautiful dry cedar finish.
