Our first look at this years crop.

Nice roast development – vibrant first crack but roast progressed too fast – expecting the initial impression of this sample to be high in acidity.

I will delay the increase in heat slightly as well as the amount of heat that I add to the second sample roast. This should give me a first crack time more in line with what I am looking for.
