Papua New Guinea “Goroka.” Melange Blend is just in time for the cold weather. We roast this beautiful coffee separately with 2 different profiles and then blend them.  Blending after roasting allows us to bring out specific characteristics in each component of the blend that is not possible when roasting the blend together.  The result is a medium/heavy bodied blend with earthy toffee and cocoa notes and a soft lingering milk chocolate finish.
